Applies to hermionai.xyz, the Chrome Extension, API, and MCP integration
By accessing or using Hermion in any form — web app, Chrome Extension, API, or MCP — you agree to these terms. If you are using Hermion on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Hermion is an interaction intelligence platform that models the structural dynamics of interactions using a proprietary intelligence framework. It extracts mathematical signals from interaction data and produces diagnostic intelligence — conversation state, resistance patterns, investment asymmetry, risk signals, and trajectory — without reading or storing the content of your messages.
Hermion is provided in the following forms:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hermion. By using Hermion, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions where data protection laws impose higher age thresholds must comply with those local requirements.
You may use Hermion to analyse interactions you are a party to, or for which you have the consent of all parties involved. You may not use Hermion to:
The Hermion Chrome Extension operates by reading interaction content from supported web platforms — currently Gmail, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Web — within your active browser tab. By installing and using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Extension is subject to Google's Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies in addition to these terms. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Chrome Web Store policies, Chrome Web Store policies prevail with respect to Extension distribution and browser behaviour.
Access to the Hermion API requires an API key. API usage is subject to the following rate limits, which exist to ensure fair access and platform stability:
Requests exceeding these limits will receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. Sustained or automated abuse of rate limits may result in key suspension. Enterprise rate limits are available by arrangement — contact us at api@hermionai.xyz.
The Hermion MCP integration allows AI agents — including Claude Desktop, OpenClaw, Codex, and compatible MCP clients — to query Hermion's interaction intelligence layer. MCP access is subject to the same rate limits as API access based on the associated account tier.
MCP tool calls expose the following capabilities:
hermion_analyze — run full diagnosis on a signal payloadhermion_get_state — retrieve current interaction statehermion_detect_risks — surface active risk signalshermion_recommend_move — return the rational next move based on current stateAgents using MCP are responsible for ensuring their use of Hermion intelligence complies with this agreement and applicable law. Hermion is not responsible for decisions made by AI agents based on Hermion output.
Hermion Pro is a paid subscription providing extended rate limits, encrypted signal storage, full topology, projection, and dashboard features. Subscription pricing and billing terms will be published at hermionai.xyz/pro prior to launch.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
The Hermion intelligence engine, signal classifier, and all associated algorithms and models are proprietary to Hermion. These terms do not grant you any rights to Hermion's intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform as described.
You retain all rights to your interaction data. You grant Hermion a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your signals solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Hermion is provided "as is" during its Beta period. The intelligence output — including conversation state, risk signals, projection, and recommended moves — is diagnostic, not prescriptive. Hermion models interaction dynamics; it does not predict human behaviour with certainty.
You are responsible for decisions you make based on Hermion output. Hermion is not a licensed therapist, financial adviser, legal adviser, or relationship counsellor. Do not substitute Hermion intelligence for professional advice where such advice is warranted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hermion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, or relationship outcomes.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Hermion if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@hermionai.xyz. Upon termination, your stored signal data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
We may update these terms as Hermion evolves — particularly as new distribution channels, API capabilities, and Pro features launch. We will notify users of material changes via the platform and, for Pro users, by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
